Data we receive
When you submit the contact form, we receive your name, the contact detail you enter in the “Email or phone” field, and your message, including any details you choose to provide. Your IP address and the address of the page where you submitted the form are also included in the Telegram notification and email, to help prevent spam and identify the source of an enquiry. When you browse the site, the server may record technical request information such as your IP address, time, page address and browser details. Google Analytics 4 processes information about visits and interactions.
Purposes and legal bases
We use form submissions to receive your request, reply, discuss potential services and keep a record of the conversation. For visitors in the EU, steps taken at your request before entering a contract usually provide the legal basis; security and technical operation of the site may rely on legitimate interests. We use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits; ways to block its cookies are described below.
Service providers and transfers
The website is hosted with OVHcloud. Contact requests are sent to responsible staff via Telegram; the email is sent through Zoho Mail and delivered to a Gmail mailbox (Google). The sender’s IP address and the address of the page where the form was submitted are included in both. Visit data is sent to Google Analytics 4 (Google). These providers may process data outside your country of residence; transfer arrangements depend on the infrastructure and agreements in use. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is unnecessary for an initial enquiry.
Retention
We retain messages and contact details while handling your enquiry and for as long as reasonably needed for follow-up and to protect related rights. Contractual or legal obligations may require us to keep certain records longer. Technical logs are kept for as long as needed for security and troubleshooting. Analytics data retention is set in Google Analytics 4.
Cookies and analytics
Google Analytics 4 runs on every visit and uses analytics cookies _ga and related cookies to measure traffic. Google advertising features are disabled. To avoid analytics cookies, block them in your browser settings or install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. The “Got it” button only dismisses the notice; it does not control analytics.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you can request access to your data, correction, deletion or restriction, object to processing and, where available, data portability. Email info@ai-agent.rs. You may also complain to the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, or, where applicable, an EU supervisory authority.
